The department is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the "Demerdash" hospital and affiliated to it are the Audiology and the Phoniatrics units as well as the vestibular unit.

Inpatient wards:
It encompasses an 80 bed capacity department, with 4 well equipped operating theaters and one post-operative intensive care bed.

Outpatient Clinic:
In the outpatient clinics building of the hospital.

Daycare surgery Unit:
For the one-day surgeries in the outpatient clinic.

Lectures Rooms:
As an academic department, 6 lecture rooms are available in the different extensions of the department, for both under- and post-graduates.
